The Supreme Council of the Judicial Power announces the publication of a series of the Court of Cassation’s new jurisprudence of 2021, numbered 220 decisions issued by different chambers (civil chamber, personal status and inheritance chamber, commercial chamber, administrative chamber, social chamber, and criminal chamber). This number is added to the 7800 decisions that have already been published on the Council’s website: https://www.cspj.ma. The CSPJ shall work to continuously publish the Court of Cassation’s jurisprudence.

It is worth noting that one of the CSPJ’s strategic goals is to make jurisprudence accessible to everyone for free, as a framework for achieving judicial security.
