The exam, which was opened to 3,000 candidates from across the Kingdom vying for 300 judicial attaché positions, was conducted with commitment, discipline, responsibility, and integrity. It adhered to the relevant laws and followed the procedures and standards outlined in the decision of the President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, issued on January 3, 2024 (20 Jumada al-Akhira 1445).
The six rounds of exams covered various topics, including social studies, law, economics, and general knowledge, as well as civil law, criminal law, the family code, and the labor code. Additionally, candidates were required to translate a text from either French, English, or Spanish into Arabic, with questions assessing their comprehension of the text.
