on the Opening of the 2025 First Regular Session of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power

The President Delegate of the Supreme Council of Judicial Power,

Having regard to the Constitution, in particular Article 116 thereof;

Having regard to Dahir No. 1.16.40 issued on 14 Jumada II 1437 A.H. (March 24, 2016), implementing Organic Law No. 100.13 on the Supreme Council of Judicial Power, specifically Articles 56 and 57 thereof;

Having regard to the Internal Regulation of the Supreme Council of Judicial Power, in particular Articles 6 and 7 thereof;

Hereby decides as follows:

Unique Article

The first regular session of the Supreme Council of Judicial Power is scheduled to convene on Rajab 27, 1446 (January 28, 2025).

Enclosed herewith is the agenda of the session.
