The first day of the visit was marked by a reception hosted by the President of the Kuwaiti Supreme Judicial Council in honor of his Moroccan counterpart and the accompanying delegation. During the discussions held on February 3rd in the presence of the Moroccan Ambassador to Kuwait, both parties explored avenues to strengthen judicial cooperation between the two countries' judicial institutions.
Recognizing the mutual benefits of enhanced cooperation, the two parties agreed to collaborate in the areas of training, expertise sharing, and the exchange of best practices within the judicial field. Furthermore, they agreed to finalize and sign a Memorandum of Understanding in the near future, outlining the specific areas of collaboration between the two institutions.
The official visit of the Council’s President to Kuwait commenced with a meeting with the Kuwaiti Minister of Justice, Mr. Nasser Yousouf Mohammad Assamit. The meeting centered on examining ways to support and strengthen judicial cooperation, building upon the strong historical ties that unite the Kingdom of Morocco and the State of Kuwait, reflecting the shared vision of their respective leaders.
