Rabat - Monday, January 17, 2025, Mr. M’hammed Abdenabaoui, First President of the Court of Cassation and President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, engaged in discussions concerning judicial affairs with Mr. Mohamadou Mansour Mbaye, First President of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Senegal, who is currently in Morocco leading a high-level delegation.
Mr. M'hammed Abdenabaoui, President of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power of the Kingdom of Morocco, is currently undertaking a working visit to the State of Kuwait at the invitation of Mr. Adil Majid Boursali, President of the Supreme Judicial Council of Kuwait.
Decision of the President Delegate of the Supreme Council of Judicial Power Regarding the Opening of the 2025 First Regular Session
January 15, 2025, Rabat. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed today in Rabat between the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power of the Kingdom of Morocco and the High Council of Justice of the Kingdom of Belgium. The MoU aims to establish a general framework to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in areas of mutual interest.
