Both parties explored ways to foster cooperation between the two judicial systems of the Kingdom and the Republic of Vietnam, and exchange experience and expertise on matters of mutual interest.
The President Delegate gave an overview of the Moroccan justice system and the unique transformation it has undergone in the field of the independence of judicial power. He also shed the light on the competences of the Council and its strategic objectives in fostering the judiciary’s independence, moralization, modernization, digitization, and enhancing capacities.
For his part, the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Vietnam outlined the functioning of the Vietnamese judicial system, while expressing his wish to promote the exchange of visits and learn more about the Moroccan and Vietnamese experiences so as to cement the bridges of bilateral cooperation and pave the way for the prosperity of both nations.
