The discussions focused on strengthening judicial cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Italy in different fields of mutual interest, exchanging experiences and expertise between honorable judges, and exploring means of mutual cooperation.

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on outlining the developments in the justice system, fostering the independence of judicial power, reforming the judicial organization, and shedding light on the evolution taking place in the modernization of judicial administration and digitalization projects.
