The visit comes as part of the delegation’s wish to learn from the Moroccan experience regarding the prompt processing of appeals inside commercial and civil chambers, creating civil and commercial chambers and ensuring their proper functioning, and advancing civil and commercial legislation in order to keep abreast of modern technologies and the demands of globalization and e-commerce.
The meeting was attended by the deputy-first President of the Court of Cassation, the Council’s Secretary-General, the General Inspector of Judicial Affairs, both Presidents of the Civil and Commercial Chambers at the Court of Cassation, and several judicial officials.
