on the Conclusion of the 2024 Second Regular Session

     President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power;

     Pursuant to his resolution No 1/3 issued on Safar 28, 1446, (September 02, 2024), on the opening of the 2024 second regular session;

      Pursuant to the Internal Regulation of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, namely article 14;

     Decided the following:

Unique Article

The President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power announces the conclusion of the 2024 second regular session, held since Thursday, Rabi’ ul-Awal 8, 1446 (September 12, 2024).

The session’s results shall be announced after completing the necessary procedures outlined in Article 68 of the Organic Law.

    Done at the Council’s headquarters in Rabat on Jumada II 16, 1446 (December 18, 2024).
