 on the Opening of the 2023 Second Regular Session of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power

      President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power;

      Pursuant to the Constitution, namely article 116 thereof;

      Pursuant to Dahir No. 1.16.40 promulgated on Jumada Al-Akhirah 14, 1437 (March 24, 2016), in the implementation of Organic Law No. 100.13 on the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, namely articles 56 and 57 thereof;

      Pursuant to the Internal Regulation of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, namely articles 6 and 7 thereof;

     Decided the following:

Unique Article

    The opening date of the 2023 second regular session of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power shall be on Tuesday, Rabi Al Awal 10^th, (September 26, 2023), according to the agenda attached hereto.

    Done at the Council’s headquarters in Rabat on Rabi Al Awal 05, 1445 (September 21, 2023).
