On Monday, October 28, 2024, the MA-JUST tripartite program was officially launched, a collaborative initiative spearheaded by the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) alongside the Council of Europe and the European Union. The program, titled “Towards a More Protective, Accessible, and Efficient Justice System in Morocco: Solutions Proposed by the Council of Europe’s Mechanism for the Efficiency of Justice,” aims to strengthen the Moroccan judicial system. The launch saw participation from key Moroccan judicial institutions, including the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, the Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the Ministry of Justice.
On Friday, July 26, 2024, the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power supervised the first judicial trainees’ entrance exam following the transfer of powers from the Higher Institute of Magistrates. This transfer was coordinated between the Minister of Justice and the SCJP President Delegate. The exam took place in Rabat on July 26, 27, and 28, 2024.
