First President of the Court of Cassation and President-Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hamed Abdennabaoui, received French Minister of Justice Gérald Darmanin on Monday, March 10, 2025. The meeting occurred in Rabat as part of Darmanin’s official visit to Morocco, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The President-Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’HAMMED ABDENNABAOUI, affirms today, Wednesday 05 January 2021, that the official inauguration of the members of the National Committee in charge of the implementation of sanctions stipulated in the UN Security Council resolutions related to terrorism, proliferation and their financing, will increase confidence and credibility which the Kingdom of Morocco enjoys at an international level in the field of combating terrorism.
On 28 December, the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power concluded its second session for the year 2021, which is the last session for the first term of the Council (2017-2021). Its conclusion coincides with the termination of the membership the ten elected members, who will be replaced by their colleagues who were elected on 23 October 2021 to hold a membership in the Council in its second mandate (2022-2026).
The President-Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power announced the conclusion of the second regular session of the Council for the year 2021, which was held in 20 Safar 1443 (28 September 2021).
