First President of the Court of Cassation and President-Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hamed Abdennabaoui, received French Minister of Justice Gérald Darmanin on Monday, March 10, 2025. The meeting occurred in Rabat as part of Darmanin’s official visit to Morocco, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The head of the Judicial Affairs Pole at the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Ms. Latifa Taoufik, read out a speech on behalf of the President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hammed Abdenabaoui entitled “Legal and Judicial Security, and the Challenges of the Development Model” on the occasion of the organization of a national forum at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Social Sciences of Mohammadia.
A training session was organized for judges and officials of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power on human rights, on Friday, May 13, 2022, at the Hassan Hotel in Rabat.
The activities of the Regional Conference for Justice Inspection, organized on May 11th and 12th, 2022, in collaboration with the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) of the Council of Europe and the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, concluded in Casablanca with the announcement of the creation of a South Mediterranean Network of Justice Inspection Services.
The Secretary General of the Council, Mr. Mustapha Libzar, read-out a speech on behalf of the President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hammed Abdenabaoui on the occasion of the regional conference entitled “Toward the Establishment of the Mediterranean Network of Justice Inspection Services” organized by the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) in collaboration with the European Network of Justice Inspection Services (RESIJ) and the General Inspectorate of Judicial Affairs of Morocco.
