First President of the Court of Cassation and President-Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hamed Abdennabaoui, received French Minister of Justice Gérald Darmanin on Monday, March 10, 2025. The meeting occurred in Rabat as part of Darmanin’s official visit to Morocco, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The Supreme Council of the Judicial Power (CSPJ) and the Competition Council organized on June 6-7, 2022 a workshop on the application of competition law.

As part of its outreach program, a series of outreach meetings aimed at introducing the Council and its competencies kicked off today, Friday, June 03, 2022, at the Council’s pavilion at the 27th edition of the International Book and Publishing Fair in Rabat, organized under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him.
The Supreme Council of the Judicial Power participates in the 27th edition of the International Book and Publishing Fair, organized on June 2-12, 2022, in Rabat under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist Him. The participation comes as a part of the Council’s implementation of the 2021-2026 Strategic plan, namely the measures seeking to open up to citizens and litigants and ensure communication with the public opinion, governmental authorities, and civil society actors.
The jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation will be available for free on the website of the Council and the Court of Cassation, in the implementation of measures included in the CSPJ’s 2021-2026 Strategic plan, particularly measures 93 and 94, aiming at unifying jurisprudence and fostering the role of the Court of Cassation in this field.
