First President of the Court of Cassation and President-Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hamed Abdennabaoui, received French Minister of Justice Gérald Darmanin on Monday, March 10, 2025. The meeting occurred in Rabat as part of Darmanin’s official visit to Morocco, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The decision of the President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power on determining the opening date of the 2022 Second Regular Session according to the agenda attached to the present resolution.
President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power announced, on July 27, 2022, the resolution on the conclusion of the 2022 first regular session of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, held since Jumada Al-Akhirah 22, 1443 (January 25, 2022).
