First President of the Court of Cassation and President-Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hamed Abdennabaoui, received French Minister of Justice Gérald Darmanin on Monday, March 10, 2025. The meeting occurred in Rabat as part of Darmanin’s official visit to Morocco, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The Supreme Council of the Judicial Power participates in the 28th edition of the Int’l Book and Publishing Fair, held at OLM Souissi in Rabat from June 1 to 11, 2023, and organized under the high patronage of HM King Mohammed VI, may Allah Bless Him, and under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Communication. The participation comes as part of the Council’s objective to ensure communication with the general public, introduce its activities, and hold discussions about the current issues of judicial matters.

The Supreme Council of the Judicial Power announced Wednesday, May 24, 2023, in Rabat, during an extended assessment session, the termination of the cooperation program of the twinning agreement with the High Council of Justice of Belgium. The session was attended by the President of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Council members, and officials responsible for the enforcement of the twinning agreement’s clauses, along with the President of the High Council of Justice of Belgium, the program’s working group, the Ambassador of the European Union, and the Belgian Ambassador to Morocco.
The First-President of the Court of Cassation, President Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hammed Abdenabaoui, received Thursday, May 25, 2023, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Iraq, Mr. Faiq Zidan, who is currently on a working visit to Morocco, accompanied by his delegation.
