First President of the Court of Cassation and President-Delegate of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, Mr. M’hamed Abdennabaoui, received French Minister of Justice Gérald Darmanin on Monday, March 10, 2025. The meeting occurred in Rabat as part of Darmanin’s official visit to Morocco, accompanied by a high-level delegation.
HM King Mohammed VI, President of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, gave His high approval for the appointment of the 44th graduating class of judges in the judiciary. The investiture ceremony took place on Thursday, 06 Shawwal 1444 AH (April 27, 2023), at the headquarters of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, as prescribed by Article 40 of the Organic Law on the Statue for Judges.
