The meeting focused on underlining the deep shifts and reforms that the justice systems of both countries witnessed, highlighting the Moroccan experience in the independence of judicial power, and introducing the judicial organization of the Kingdom.

Both parties have stressed the strong historical ties between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Iraq on the economic, cultural, and social levels. They have also shown interest in furthering judicial cooperation, strengthening bilateral relations, and exchanging experience and expertise, with a view to serving the justice systems of the two brotherly countries.
