After giving a historical overview of the Kingdom’s judiciary, the American delegation was introduced to the judicial reform process and the mechanisms for enhancing the independence of the judiciary, as well as that of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power and the Public Prosecution, under the reform vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God be with him.

The meeting was an occasion to promote judicial relations between the Moroccan Supreme Council of the Judicial Power and the different judicial institutions of the United States. It also provided an opportunity to strengthen cooperation relations in different judicial fields, as well as to exchange delegations and visits to learn from the best experiences in the justice field.
