The meeting presented an opportunity to evaluate the twinning agreement signed on July 23, 2009, between the Court of Cassation of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Benin. Both parties agreed to implement the twinning agreement and enforce its terms through mutual judicial cooperation and the exchange of successful judicial experiences in order to draw on the expertise gleaned from fields of common interest, as well as organize seminars and mutual judicial meetings.

The meeting was attended by the Prosecutor General of the King at the Court of Cassation of Morocco and senior judges of the said Court.
