Mr. Zoubir BOUTALAA was appointed as a member of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power on January 17, 2022, after being elected by the board of judges of the Courts of Appeals.
Judge BOUTALAA holds an LL.B. in private law and an LL.M. from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences of Ain Chock, Casablanca (2008), and he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Private law. He occupied several judicial positions, namely a judge at the First Instance Court of Khemisset, a judge at the First Instance Court of Rommani, a judge at the First Instance Court of Settat, a judge at the First Instance Criminal Court of Aïn Sebaâ, Casablanca before joining the First Instance Court of Anfa, and then Justice at the Appellate Court of Kenitra. He also served as Justice and President of a chamber of the Appellate Court of Casablanca.
Mr. BOUTALAA participated in several events, seminars, and forums.
