Mr. MOHAMMED NASSAR was appointed by His Majesty King Mohammed VI as a member of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power on January 01, 2021.

Mr. NASSAR graduated with a Master’s degree in public administration from the National School of Administration (Aimé Césaire Cohort) in Strasbourg, France. He also holds a Master's degree in financial intermediation from the University of Barcelona, Spain, and a postgraduate Diploma in economics from Mohammed V University in Rabat.

Mr. NASSAR was appointed as a judge at the Court of Accounts between 2005 and 2015. He worked as an Advisor in the Cabinet of the Minister of Justice and Freedoms from March 2015 to June 2015, then Chief Cabinet from June 2015 until May 2018, when he was appointed Inspector General of the Ministry of Justice until December 2020.
