Mr. Moulay Hassan DAKI


His Majesty the King appointed Mr. MOULAY HASSAN DAKI Prosecutor General of the King at the Court of Cassation and head of the Public Prosecution Office on March 22, 2021.

Mr. DAKI holds a Ph.D. in private law from the Faculty of Law, Economics, and Social Sciences of Tangier.

Mr. DAKI joined the Higher Institute of the Judiciary in Rabat in 1979, and began his career as deputy prosecutor of the King at the Resident Judge Center in Sidi Yahya El Gharb (1981-1983), then as a judge at the Court of First Instance of Kenitra (1983-1986). He was also appointed prosecutor general of the King at First Instance Courts in Ouazzane (1987-1988), Souk El Arbaa El Gharb (1988-1994), Kenitra (1994-1995), and Tetouan (1996-2000).

Mr. DAKI was appointed deputy Prosecutor general of the King at the Court of Appeals of Rabat (1995-1996), prosecutor General of the King at the Court of Appeals of Tangier (2000-2011), and then prosecutor General of the King at the Court of Appeals of Rabat.
