This evolution necessitates keeping abreast with the emerging trends in litigation, which calls for the integration of modern information technologies to foster a digital judicial administration capable of addressing the needs of litigants.
The colloquium seeks to underscore the significant role and advantages of artificial intelligence within the judicial system, while also raising awareness about the potential risks and harm resulting from the misuse of these modern technologies. It also aims to promote the effective and ethical application of AI, in full adherence to the principles of human rights, the protection of personal data, intellectual property, and ethical standards.
The colloquium served as an opportunity to explore best practices in this field and examine the ethical considerations associated with the use of artificial intelligence in the judicial system.
