They discussed ongoing projects and their impacts on enhancing judicial rulings and facilitating access to justice.
Both sides agreed to create a formal framework for collaboration between the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power of Morocco and its counterpart in Kuwait. This agreement seeks to streamline the exchange of expertise, enhance capacities, and promote knowledge-sharing in areas such as training, digitalization, and modernization.
The attendees included the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, the Inspector General of Judicial Affairs, the Director General of Financial and Administrative Affairs, the Deputy First President of the Court of Cassation, and the Head of the Training and Cooperation Unit.
