During this meeting, the parties explored prospects of judicial and legal cooperation between the judicial power of the Kingdom of Morocco and its Burkinabe counterpart. The talks also focused on introducing the judicial system of both countries, discussing means of cooperation between both institutions, and implementing the objectives outlined in the agreements between the two countries.
The visit comes as part of cooperation relations and the exchange of experiences between judicial institutions in the Republic of Burkina Faso and their Moroccan counterpart. The visit also seeks to apprise the Burkinabe delegation of the progress of work and the rules governing the Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation, as well as learn about the jurisprudence rendered by the said court in the administrative matter and draw on its experience in judgment drafting and temporary measures.
In addition to the officials of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, the reception was attended by the deputy-first President of the Court of Cassation, heads of committees of the Chambers of the Court of Cassation, first president of the Court of Appeals of Rabat, and the President of the Administrative Court of Rabat.
