The visit comes within the framework of exchanging experiences and expertise between the two brotherly countries, the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Mauritania, and learning about the Moroccan experience in the field of the independence of the judicial power and the presidency of the public prosecution, as well the profound transformations in the justice system reform.
The talks focused on ways to develop coordination, cooperation, and partnership mechanisms, and to promote cooperation in the field of judicial inspection between the two countries.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power, the Inspector General of Judicial Affairs, the two Council members Mr. Ahmed Ghazali and Mr. Younes Ezzahri, and some of the Council’s high officials.
The delegation is expected to continue its visit to other judicial institutions to learn about the Moroccan judicial inspection organs.
