The profound shifts and reforms that both countries have witnessed were highlighted during the meeting, and emphasis was placed on the Moroccan experience regarding the independence of the judiciary, as well as on cooperation ties between authorities in managing the judicial administration through a joint body.
The President Delegate recalled the strong historical ties that exist between the two brotherly countries, the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Iraq, and expressed his desire to take judicial cooperation to a new level, strengthen bilateral relations and exchange expertise and experiences, thereby serving the justice system in the two brotherly countries.
For his part, Mr. Salar Abdul Sattar Muhammad Hussein praised the Moroccan experience with regard to the independence of the judiciary, and expressed the desire to establish cooperative relations between the judicial authorities in the two countries.
The meeting was attended by the Inspector General of Judicial Affairs and the Secretary General of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power.
