The meeting shed light on the unique experience of the Kingdom of Morocco in the independence of the judiciary, the presidency of the Public Prosecution Office, and the profound reforms that the justice system has undergone in Morocco. The meeting also focused on the competencies entrusted to the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power by the legislator.
The Secretary-General underlined that the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power is willing to share its experience with brotherly countries, within the framework of exchanging expertise and experiences, with the aim to advance their justice systems.
The meeting was attended by the Inspector General of Judicial Affairs and heads of poles of the Supreme Council of the Judicial Power.
